Processing Time
Since all garments are made-to-order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

Serviceable Locations
We currently ship only within India. International orders are not accepted at this time, and (per our Refund and Return Policy) international orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

Reverse Pickup (for Exchanges)
If your order qualifies for a size exchange under our Refund and Return Policy, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever serviceable. If reverse pickup isn't available in your pin code, you'll need to ship the item back to us at the address listed on our Contact page.

Delays
While we do our best to meet the timelines above, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or logistics issues beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if this happens on your order.
